Our On the Day Styling service includes our team of two experienced stylists to work their creative magic on the day of your wedding.
Working with you in the lead up to curate the perfect collection of furniture, decor & hire items for styling on your wedding day. 
Access to our extensive hire range including ceremony requirements, reception furniture, decor, lighting, serving ware, signage etc.
On-site meeting prior to the wedding day to finalise floor plan, seating plan & installation schedule.
On the day installation, set-up and styling of your wedding ceremony and/or reception decor & hire items. Making sure everything looks perfect and as per your vision.
Styling of any client provided decor items, ie. bonboniere, gift table items, personal effects.

How does it work?

Generally we arrive at the ceremony/reception venue to commence installation early on the morning of your wedding and are usually gone prior the commencement of your ceremony At this point we leave you in the capable hands of your venue wedding co-ordinator. We will come back at the conclusion of your reception to pack down (unless alternative arrangements have been made).

What we do –
Deliver, install & dismantle all hire items as per your booking agreement
Install any items provided by client, ie. name cards, bonboniere, gift table items, personal effects (we request you provide a list of items prior to the wedding day)
Make sure everything looks absolutely amazing on your wedding day!

What we don’t do -
Set catering equipment such crockery, cutlery & glassware unless hired from Bliss & Willow or The One Day House
Move existing furniture at venue
Install lighting or electrical equipment not supplied by our team (our lighting and electricals are tested and tagged to comply with WHS regulations)
Co-ordinate other suppliers

We have limited time on your wedding day so it is best spent doing what we do best, decorating & styling! We are perfectionists and love to make sure every little detail is perfect.

Service Fee - $550  
(requires a minimum spend of $500 from our hire range)
Delivery Fees are additional and are quoted based on location and order size.

Should you require a stylist to remain on site throughout the day, or return at the commencement of the reception, an additional fee may be incurred. This may be necessary if your wedding reception is held on a private property or location where there is no on-site coordinator. In this situation we would do such last minute things as light all the candles prior to guests arrival, turn on lighting, lanterns etc.

How do I book?

Once you've decided your date and booked your venue, get in contact with us and we will check availability.  At this point we like to get as much information from you as possible regarding your style preference, vision for the day, colour scheme etc., and from this will create a personalised quote with suggested hire items to suit. A 40% deposit will secure your date & booking.
